“I have never seen someone accelerate so quickly in their skill level as Justin. I would have zero qualms about recommending Justin for a senior designer position. Justin was put through the ringer a doze times at Nerd. He was often given large projects with short return times. Although that is a situation I consider to be unacceptable for a designer, Justin worked hard, grew fast, and produced results. He produced more designs in months than I’ve seen other designers produce in two years while still maintaining a high level of quality. He got put through the crucible and came out strong. Justin has always had an eye for UI design and graphic elegance I would love to have. He not only has a firm pulse on the best UX practices, but is smart enough to back hem up with research and not just follow a popular trend. Justin is a real collaborator, at first a great receiver of mentorship, and now a great to deliverer of mentoring.
